Lattimore Counseling provides professional counseling and therapy services, including in-person and telehealth sessions.
Services are intended to promote mental health and well-being.
Counseling does not replace medical treatment or emergency psychiatric care.

Telehealth Services
If counseling is provided via telehealth:
You acknowledge that technology may involve risks (e.g., interruptions, breaches).
You are responsible for having a secure, private environment for sessions.
Telehealth may not be appropriate for all concerns; your therapist may recommend in-person care if necessary.
Confidentiality & Privacy
Information shared in sessions is confidential, subject to professional ethics and applicable privacy laws (including HIPAA, if applicable).
Exceptions to confidentiality include situations involving danger to self/others, suspected abuse/neglect, or as otherwise required by law.

Booking, Payments & Cancellations
Sessions must be scheduled in advance through approved channels.
Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking.
Cancellations must be made at least [insert timeframe, e.g., 24–48 hours] in advance to avoid late fees.
No-shows or late cancellations may be charged the full session fee.
No Guarantees of Outcomes
Counseling is a collaborative process, but results vary.
We make no guarantees regarding specific therapeutic outcomes.
